The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer - Michelle Hodkin
Noah Shaw... *fans face* love Noah Shaw. He is an AWESOME character. I will admit have deemed a lot of book boys swoon worthy & amazing... but my top has always been Patch from Hush, Hush. Then I read Obsidian... Daemon didn't bump Patch, but he got close. No. Noah... he is up there with Patch for me. Noah is straight to the point, no bs & no games. He is also fiercely loyal in his own ways. When he makes up his mind its set. Ungodly smart & talented. Romantic... I think so. Complete smartass... infuriatingly so. Mara... I have no complaints about her at all. Period. None. She is a great character. I liked her sense of humor... she's is a sarcastic smartass at times & I love those characters. Her coping issues were real. It wasn't a book where she poured her heart out randomly, she dealt with things in her way. She fell apart & picked herself up all over again... several times over. And Noah being Noah stuck with her. I would get caught up in one thing... and get completely blindsided by the next. It was suspenseful and intriguing. It drew you in... and like I said it could definately blindside you. This is a series I will be following like a typical fan girl, lol.

Oh and sorry about the crazy status updates... I used them for quotes I loved so I put most of them in at once when I was done with the book... If I could, I'd just quote the whole book!
